Jeff Altrock is a creative executive, showrunner and director who specializes in unscripted series built around high-profile talent.
Altrock began his career at MTV where he developed and produced hit series 'Meet the Barkers', 'MTV’s Ultimate Mash Ups', and 'Album Launch'. He transitioned into the role of showrunner, where he continued to produce and direct shows centered around high-profile talent including 'Mac Miller & the Most Dope Family' (MTV), 'Kingin’ with Tyga' (MTV), 'Kirstie Alley’s Big Life' (A&E), 'Meet the Smiths' (TBS) and 'The T.O. Show' (VH1).
As a development & current programming executive, Altrock most recently ran 3 Ball Productions, where he produced CBS’s 'Come Dance with Me' and Paramount Network’s 'Bar Rescue' franchise. He also developed, sold and produced a wide variety of series including 'Sampled' (Paramount+), 'Tampa Baes' (Amazon), 'Calle y Poche: Sin Etiquetas' (Amazon) and 'Selling Dubai' (Discovery+). Prior to running 3 Ball Productions, Altrock held executive positions at The Intellectual Property Corporation, Den of Thieves and MTV Networks.
Originally from Albany, New York, Altrock received his degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He currently lives in Santa Monica, California with his wife & two daughters.
