Jeff Altrock is veteran television executive, showrunner and director.

 

Leveraging over two decades of experience producing and developing reality television, Altrock has worked on projects in nearly every unscripted genre, partnering with the industry’s leading production companies, networks, and producers in the process. 

 

Altrock began his career at MTV where he most notably developed and produced hit series Meet the Barkers, Cheyenne, MTV’s Ultimate Mash Ups, and Album Launch.  From here he transitioned into the role of showrunner, where he continued to produce shows centered around high-profile talent including Kirstie Alley’s Big Life (A&E), Meet the Smiths (TBS), The T.O. Show (Vh1) Mac Miller & the Most Dope Family (MTV) and Kingin’ with Tyga (MTV).  

 

As a development executive Altrock most recently ran 3 Ball Productions, where he produced CBS’s Come Dance with Me and Paramount Network’s long running Bar Rescue franchise. He also sold and produced Sampled (Paramount +), Tampa Baes (Amazon) and Calle y Poche: Sin Etiquetas (Amazon) and Selling Dubai (Discovery+), to name a few. Prior to running 3 Ball Productions, he held executive positions at The Intellectual Property Corporation, Den of Thieves and MTV Networks. 

 

Originally from Albany, New York, Altrock received his degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He currently lives in Santa Monica, California with his wife & two daughters.
